What past participants have said about this workshops: "Attending this grief workshop, facilitated by Nat and Cat, was one of the most healing experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in carrying so much silently, not even realizing how heavy it had become. Through the lens of Francis Weller’s Five Gates of Grief, and the gentle, compassionate space the facilitators held, I began to understand my grief in new and profound ways. The practices, the shared stories, the quiet rituals - each part helped me feel less alone. Nat and Cat created such a supportive and sacred environment. I left with a deeper sense of connection - not just to others or the world around me, but to myself. If you’re holding grief in any form, this workshop offers a place to meet it with care and courage." - Hanna B. Facilitated by Natalie Roset and Catriona Bisset, both registered nurses with 20+ years’ experience working in spaces of grief and loss. Places are strictly limited - to book, click the link below!
