-ABOUT ME-

I am a counsellor, a nurse, a mother, a partner, a daughter, and a sister.

I am a lover of people, of rivers and oceans, of wild places and quiet moments.

An animist at heart, I believe the world is alive with meaning and memory.

My work sits at the intersection of soul and suffering.

I walk beside those navigating illness, grief, and the great unravellings of life.

I offer a calm, grounded presence - a steady companion through the storms.

I honour the liminal spaces people find themselves in - those thresholds where the old life has fallen away, and the new is not yet known.

I acknowledge the devastation, the uncertainty, and the strange, fierce opportunity
that can emerge from these crisis points in our lives.

Inspired by the soulful teachings of Francis Weller, I am a grief activist and passionate advocate for the sacredness of sorrow.

I believe in the power of holy tears. In the beauty of breaking open.

In the strength it takes to fall apart and the grace that can emerge in the aftermath.

I hold space for what is tender, tangled, and true and I trust in your innate wisdom to find a way forward, even in the dark.

“When nothing softens the grief,

may the grief soften me.”

-TESTIMONIALS-

"Due to a major life change which has caused me grief and uncertainty, I decided to engage with Natalie on a professional level, on a regular basis. For me, our sessions have been invaluable as I come away feeling strong and focused. Natalie listens to me so carefully and brings wisdom, knowledge and encouragement into every conversation. She provides me with practical information and helpful life strategies. I feel that the path I am currently walking would be very rough without the support that Natalie provides. Thankyou Natalie."
